A consumer electronics company producing top of the line mice, keyboards, audio equipment and other PC gaming peripherals was looking for a fulfillment and returns processing solution to meet its growing sales numbers.  Because it is difficult to project future growth and seasonality, as well as what their eventual size would be, they needed a flexible fulfillment and support services model that would allow them to adjust warehouse capacity and necessary personnel with ease.  This client's management also needed a tracking system and communications structure that would provide them with real-time data, an element that was lacking with their previous 3PL provider.

Suddath has aided in an inventory reconciliation process that has allowed them to gain visibility and control of their entire product stock without a time delay.  Tracking reports detailing what has been shipped, complete with tracking numbers and pricing, continue to give both the client's international management teams an accurate, detailed, and up-to-date status of their fulfillment, backorders, and returns processes. As the relationship has progressed, Suddath has taken on a number of special projects including detailed product inspection and testing, relabeling, and repackaging, as needed.
